Mar. 27" datestamp, vertical file fold well clear of stamp and marking (some splitting), slight overall soiling, otherwise Very Fine and unusual usage, this is the only recorded usage of the 1847 Issue from St. Augustine, Florida was admitted to the Union on March 3, 1845, but St. Augustine continued to use the territorial postmark, the distance is under 300 miles and so this cover was either double-rated or there was a shortage of 5c stamps, with 1976 P.F. certificate (Image) $ 9,000
