THE ONLY RECORDED 10-CENT RATE COVER WITH THE BOSTON CARRIER STAMP AND 1847 ISSUE.##The Meyersburg census records 23 covers with Scott 3LB1 and the 1847 Issue (only known with 5c stamp), of which this is the only combination with two 5c stamps.
